The Globe Rotary Club hosted its 19th annual Round Mountain Sunrise Challenge on Saturday, June 8, bringing boulder bouncers from as far away as Safford to Globe for the annual race that featured a 5K race and a 2-mile walk.

- Overall female: Melody Thomas, 46.12.89
- Youngest: Johana Alvarez, age 9, 49.50.24
- Most mature: Robb Baron, 58.15.83
- Male, 65 and over: Larry Hansen, 50.12.77
- Female, 51-65: Peggy Bullis, 54.36.99
- Male, 51-65: Bill Nowak, 33.15.42
- Female, 36-50: Adrea Ricke, 1.14.33.70
- Male, 36-50: Gary Giauque, 32.28.58
- Female, 21-35: Melody Thomas, 46.12.89

Next year, Rotary will host its 20th annual race on Saturday, June 6, 2020. Details will be announced soon.
