CCYS GLOBE- The CCYS Globe Miami Piranha Swim Team would like to shout out a huge THANK YOU to the community for their support towards the swim team fundraiser event last weekend. You know who you are! Also we shared stories that many people were not aware of the existence of the Piranhas. Our team has been around since the 1980s and seasonal expenses exceed our registration fees. The fundraiser was successful in keeping our swim program an affordable activity for swimmers and their families.
The support from the community demonstrates the interest in our current swimmers and continuing the sport for future swimmers. Our team provides strengthening skills for kids locally to develop into strong swimmers for the team and for the rest of their lives.
We invite everyone to come watch the Piranhas swim during the upcoming season. They will be holding practice at the Hostetler Pool Monday through Friday in the mornings, with meets on Saturdays.
