Looking for Exhibitors and Volunteers! STEMFest April 28th, 2018

GILA COUNTY- Join this year’s Globe-Miami STEMFest as an exhibitor or sign up to volunteer! The 2018 Globe-Miami STEMFest will again be held alongside Gila Community College’s Arbor Day festivities at GCC’s beautiful campus.  Help celebrate STEM–Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics–with hundreds of STEMFest attendees by becoming an exhibitor or volunteer. 

Exhibitors: Applications are now available for your business or community group to take part in this popular annual community event. 

  • There is no charge to become a STEMFest exhibitor
  • The 2018 STEMFest will be held April 28 from 10-2 on GCC’s Sixshooter Canyon Campus
  • Expect close to 600 attendees

Volunteers:

Students will receive a certificate noting the number of hours they have volunteered. There are many tasks that you can help with, including handing out festival bags, route guides, assisting exhibitors with setting up and taking down tables and tents, and more. We appreciate all our volunteers for making this event possible!

There will be a volunteer meeting Friday, April 27 at 2:00 p.m.Volunteers for setup are asked to please arrive at 8:45 a.m. Cleanup will start immediately after the festival ends. Please wear comfortable clothing.
