Globe Miami Times Connecting you to the Pulse of Globe Miami
GLOBE- Centennial Swing, a Jazz Band within the Globe Miami Centennial Band group, will present their annual fund-raiser on Friday, March 22, at the Cobre Valley Center for the Arts in beautiful downtown Historic Globe.
This event is always a great party. Dress is “date-night,” with candlelit tables and hors d’oeuvres The Copper Community Players will provide a no host bar. The entire third floor is open so that guests can dance, nibble on treats, and visit with friends. Doors will open at 6:30.
Tickets are $25 per person and available in advance at the Center for that Arts, 928-425-0884, and at the door. Seating is limited so reserve your tickets soon. Directed by Nolan Frost, Globe Miami Centennial band is a local non-profit community band that provides opportunity for young and old to rehearse and perform challenging musical literature.
