County announces vaccine appointments for Adults 65 and older beginning Feb 8

Due to all the hard work on behalf of Gila County, we have received increased vaccination doses each week. At this time, we are excited to announce that we can officially move into the top of Group 1C (Adults 65 and Older), beginning Monday, February 8th.

This was possible through the dedicated hard work from: Command Solutions 4, Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center, Banner Health Clinic Payson, Mogollon Health Alliance and Kenny Evans, Ponderosa Family Care, Genoa Pharmacy, Hope Family Care, Arizona National Guard, and all of the enthusiastic community volunteers and CERT members, Gila County is once again one of the top performing counties in vaccinating our population.

INFORMATION HOW TO SIGN UP FOR VACCINE APPOINTMENT:

Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center located at 5880 S. Hospital Dr., Globe, AZ (on the west side of the hospital, old entrance). For an appointment call 928-402-2888.

Banner Health Clinic Payson located at 117 E. Main St., Ste A100 in Payson.

Currently, their clinic is booked out until the end of February and more appointments will become available soon for the first week of March.

We welcome our newest provider in the Payson region who has agreed to assist the residents who are 65 and older searching for vaccine registration.
