His experience includes DNA processing and body identification, and he has worked in forensics for the Maricopa County Medical Examiner’s office and for the Navajo County Medical Examiner’s office as a senior investigator. He joined Globe PD in 2019 as a patrol officer and quickly became a detective due to his background. He oversees the criminal investigation unit.
  • Chief Walters also recognized Roman Hernandez, Police Officer. He lives in Miami and is a graduate of MHS. He started his law enforcement career in Texas and returned to Arizona for family reasons, joining the Globe PD in January 2019. He is a field training officer and is a patrol sergeant.
