FLLW presents First Year Report on "Grand Experiment"
This report reflects the work that students did in the winter of 2016 in Globe-Miami and the summer months in Wisconsin. In addition to research, and a project with the Miami Memorial Library, the students put on two exhibitions and participated in a Paint the Town Day in Miami.
Their summer project was focused on affordable housing which they had identified as a need in the community.
The photo above shows their work on affordable housing using shipping containers. The design involves a two-story residence located at the corner of Miami Avenue and Hwy 60 in Miami.
