Remembering One Year Later. ... This month marks one year since the devastating 2025 flood that impacted Globe and our surrounding community.
At the Gila County Historical Museum, we have a special flood exhibit that shares the history of three significant floods that have impacted our community — 1904, 1954, and 2025. Through photographs, stories, and pieces of our local history, the exhibit remembers the past while preserving the story of the most recent flood for future generations.
