Mark your calendars for Old Dominion Days 2026, when the Arizona Territorial Base Ball League comes to Globe to vie for the honor of the Season finale - The Old Dominion Cup Tournament.
For baseball fans, the Territorial tournment is old fashioned fun as 8 teams view for the Captsone Copper Cup trophy. (The trophy itself dates back to 1946 when Charles Bidwell awarded it in Chicago at Sportsman Park)
Last Year's playoffs came down to the newly formed team of the Globe Bears vs the experienced masters of the Mesa Miners. The game went TEN innings! The longest play anyone remembers, and it was a nail-biter!
For mining and history, the weekend offers several mine tours and lectures throughout the three days.
Both tours and tournment offer a once-a-year chance to have an experience like none other!
Mark your calendars and look for ticketing and details in January!
