When Zach from Just-In-Time Heating & Cooling arrived at the home of Kelly Oropeza-Spitzer for a service call for the air-conditioning unit after the flood, he found more than a broken unit — he found a couple surrounded by mud, doing their best to clean up after the flood.
Kelly later shared on Facebook, “It all started with a service call for air conditioning due to the flood, and turned into someone noticing we needed a little more help than a shovel.”
Within hours, three young men arrived with heavy machinery, ready to dig in — literally. “They wouldn’t even let me pay for dinner for them,” she wrote, expressing gratitude to Zach of Just-In-Time Heating & Cooling LLC and Michael & Travis of RDO Rents for their generosity and quick response.
