Globe City Council joined leaders from Globe, Miami and Gila County to speak at the State Capitol on the September flood impacts in support of HB 2070.
The bill, sponsored by Rep. Walt Blackman, would allocate $25 million for disaster costs. The bill is currently pending passage through House committees.
