Jess William Anaya, 27, of Claypool was arrested for second-degree murder Aug. 23, 2017, after a toddler was found unresponsive in his home.
The Globe Fire Department, Tri City Fire Department and Globe Police were dispatched to the residence on Euclid Loop on Aug. 18 in reference to an 18-month-old toddler who was unresponsive.
The matter is under the jurisdiction of the Gila County Sheriff’s Office, and more information will be released as is becomes available.
