Globe Police discovered a man dead from a single stab wound after receiving a 911 call June 30, 2017. When they arrived at the home at 541 W. Hackney Hill Road in Globe, they found a hysterical woman inside, and she was taken into custody without incident. Police also found a deceased man inside who appeared to have been killed with a single stab wound.
The police had to force entry into the house when they arrived. They were initially given the wrong address during the 911 call, but they soon discovered the correct address, according to the news release from the Globe Police Department.
No names – the victim or the person of interest – will be released until the next of kin has been notified and the investigation is concluded. According to the Globe Police, this is believed to be an isolated incident.
