Live Music

This weekend you can catch Sinthetic at Humphrey’s Two Lanes Saloon on Friday June 26th at 9pm. Sinthetics original founding member, Shon Bywater , has been part of the local music scene since the late 80’s. He is now in the developing stages of a new local radio station, Outlaw 95.9. Two Lanes has a tasty appetizer menu and cold beverages, non alcoholic as well.

If Saturday is your night to cut loose I recommend going to Jammerz Bar to watch the performance of the Kenny G Project. Music starts around 9pm and goes all night.

Karaoke

For all you wonderful singers out there I decided to list the nights some of the bars in town have karaoke. Humphrey’s Two Lanes Saloon host karaoke every Thursday night. Jammerz Bar hosts karaoke every Wednesday night. Lastly, the Shamrock Bar has karaoke every Saturday night. Get off the couch, shut American Idol off of your TV and get your voice heard. Invite all your friends and impress them with your vocal styling.

Open Mic

If your talented enough to play an instrument and sing then Open Mic at Farley’s Pub may be the thing for you. This week the open mic will be hosted by Robert Braun from 9pm – 12am on Saturday, June 27th.. Dust off that old guitar and come show the town how you get down. All musicians are invited, simply show up and ask to play, it is that easy. If you wish to read spoken poetry, play a flute or even a harp, you are more than welcome to showcase your talents.
