ONE THIRD  ONE THIRD  ONE THIRD

Guest Editorial  As a guest author, we invite you to write on any of these categories. You retain the copyright to your article, but give us permission to use the article on our website(s) or publication as long as we give you full credit. We ask you not to use this space to promote a business or sell a product. (See the Guidelines.) All articles must be original and not published anywhere else on the Internet. By submitting your article, you certify that you own the copyright, and the material is original to you.

Columnists Columnists develop their own brand identity by writing on an area of expertise or with a distinctive style. Columnists are asked to post regularly, whether that is once a month or once a week.  The commitment to post is key. We have fewer rules for columnists. If we like your style, and feel your content fits with our brand, you have freer rein to write what you want. If this interests you, and you would like to be a columnist for GMT, please send us samples of your work by filling out this form.

Op-Ed  We are looking for strong, well-developed arguments about issues in the news based on facts and reason. Your editorial can extend to local, regional, state or national news stories. Please limit your Op-Ed to 900 words. Authors should be willing to track comments on their pieces and respond to readers appropriately. Op-Ed pieces are intended to engage others in a conversation, so you should be ready to engage.
